JA-CRS Portal sets the terms and conditions for using its services and reserves the right to modify or update
these terms at any time without prior notice.Accordingly, users or visitors are expected to review these terms and conditions periodically.
Furthermore,every portal user must comply with these terms.In case of any violation of the portal’s terms or rules, JA-CRS Portal reserves the
right to impose restrictions on the user,suspend services, close the account, and, if necessary, refer the matter to the relevant legal authorities.

This website will not engage in the provision of services or products to any countries subject to sanctions imposed
by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). This policy is established in compliance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates
and the pertinent regulations applicable in all jurisdictions where our offices operate.

Ownership of Portal Content & Prohibition of Unauthorized Use
All content on the JA-CRS Portal, including but not limited to text, logos, designs, databases, and other materials,
is the exclusive property of JA-CRS Portal. No party, whether individuals or companies, may access, copy, share, distribute,
or use any part of the portal or its content without prior written permission from JA-CRS Portal.
Any violation of this provision will result in immediate suspension of the user account, cancellation of active services,
and may lead to legal action and financial penalties.

1. General Terms

• This portal’s services are provided solely for official bookings and ticket Issuance.
• Users of the portal must comply with the stated rules and regulations.
• Any misuse of the system (fake bookings, duplicates, fraud) may result in Account suspension or termination.
• JA-CRS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior
-Notice in case of violation of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings & Tickets

• All bookings are processed according to the respective airline’s policy.
• Once confirmed, tickets can only be changed or refunded in accordance with the airline’s rules and the conditions of the issued fares.
• The Booking Reference (PNR) and Ticket Number (TKT) are for reference purposes only; final responsibility lies with the airline after confirmation.

3. Payments & Fees

• All fares and charges are calculated in accordance with the airline’s policies.
• Cash deposits credited to your JA-CRS account for operating or securing bookings are non-refundable and will remain in your account until they are used or your account is closed.
• Service Fees or Portal Fees are determined by the company (WWW.JA-CRS.COM) and may change without prior notice.

4. Changes & Refunds

• Any change or reissue of tickets is subject to the airline’s regulations.
• A valid booking reference (PNR/TKT) is required for any refund request.
• Refund processing time depends on the airline (7–30 working days).

5. Responsibilities

• JA-CRS company is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.
• This company only issue tickets through the official airlines systems.
• Each passenger traveling to any country or transit destination must possess a valid passport, visa, hotel booking, relevant forms, and all other required travel documents.
Please ensure that you review the exact entry regulations of your destination country before completing your booking in order to avoid any issues.
Kindly note that JA-CRS Portal is only responsible for issuing airline tickets and holds no responsibility for other travel documents.

6. Limitation of Liability

• JA-CRS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this portal or services.

7. Confidentiality

• All personal data collected through this portal will be treated confidentially and used only for booking and operational purposes, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Legal Framework

• All terms are governed by the applicable laws of UAE and international aviation regulations. In case of disputes, the matter will be resolved through the relevant legal authorities.
